Max 32: Live at max

For the developer company Cream Real Estate we have made the solution of advertising campaign focused on sale of the exclusive residential flats and offices and further services offered at Max 32. This freshly revitalized building belongs to the icons of the Baťa area in Zlín (among other significant ones – Building No.21, an Administrative HQ).

The claim “Live at Max” and the whole advertising conception reflects multifunctionality of this object and express the interior quality, great range of services provided, its high-end quality level and all other benefits which can be offered to potential resident.

Maximal stylization is supported by the visual harmony of commercial message with the real perspective of architectural lines and the dimensions of number 32 related to surrounding building infrastructure in the area. The campaign solution connects the motivational message according to the quality of living and the maximal range of services provided with the name of the building itself.
